We started working with Rakesh almost a year before we decided on our investment condo purchase. Rakesh helped us find an apartment in Toronto during the pandemic. The rental market was extremely hot where even rental apartments were getting multiple offers. On top of that, we had a condition that we only wanted a 6-month lease due to personal reasons, which was very hard to get. From the initial conversation, Rakesh heard our requirements (instead of raising his hands due to the 6 month lease requirement or trying to convince us for a 1 year lease). Rakesh was eventually able to get our offer accepted for the first listing that we viewed. Rakesh was the listing realtor and there were 2 other offers.
